Introduction
¡¡ Manufactured for the first in the world with built-in controller and driver, Spangle Attacher receives the spangle signal from the punching data without the connection to the main CPU of the embroidery machine. What is more, Spangle Attacher is compatible with any brands of embroidery machines. It means you can simply install Spangle Attacher to your embroidery machines and run them. Spangle Attacher itself is so compact and light that you can observe it to attach spangles while embroidering as well as it never loads over-duty on your machines. In addition, whatever shape or size of spangles is, you can apply it to i-Metalex Spangle Attacher with the simple replacement of the knife base, spangle feeding roller and stepping motor indicator for 3mm to 11 mm spangles. i-Metalex Spangle Attacher is the first in the world to embroider and attach 3mm spangles on your embroidery artworks.
¡Û Auto-mend function
We might be only one who offers fully automatic auto-mend function.
When the spangle missed by thread cutting, you can modify it the same as the embroidery machine does. You only need to operate the toggle function of embroidery machine which is located at each embroidery head. Then, our Spangle Attacher works only that head and others are stopped same as other head's embroidery work stopped. When the start point to auto-mend comes, our Spangle Attacher will starts all together. No longer will you have a headache to mend manually.
¡Û Forward/Backward function
It gives you a hand to load the spangle tape. When you load the spangle tape through the feeding roller, simply press the FORW button on the individual controller. The spangle will go forward through the spangle feeding guide by the spangle hole leading roller.
¡Û Auto/Manual Lift Up/Down System
When it comes to the thread cutting for the color change or the end of embroidery, Spangle Attacher automatically lifts itself up by Air Compressor System. When individually re-loading the spangle tape, simply press the LIFT button on the individual controller.

With one controller/driver, you can operate 2 Spangle Attachers on one head. Plus, you can attach them to any side of needle base. i.e., Left/Right hand side or Left/Right front of the needle head. You can choose it and mix it also for the multi head embroidery machine. You have more choices for color/size/design with 2 Spangle Attachers, instead of one.
¡Û Return to Origin/Homing Position
When the electric power supply suddenly goes off, do not worry. When the power supply comes back, the spangle attacher automatically returns to the origin. So, you can turn off the electric power after you finish the spangle attachment and embroidery work, and turn the power on again as you wish. You can also reset the origin point manually by RESET button.

So, it is the most desirable Spangle Attacher for embroidery machines of any brand. It only catches the punching signal from the jumping solenoid of the embroidery machine through the harness with different connector shapes, and all the harness works are so easy that it just plugs in with the same shape of connector. You can see the spangles clearly through the specially-made acrylic cover of the spangle knife base. You can use normal spangles - 100% polyester 150 micron film, and the standard spangle size is 5mm in diameter.
No matter what shapes of spangles are, you can use a wide range of applicable embroidery spangles in diameter 3mm to 11mm as an additional option, changing the lower body of Spangle Attacher.
A single Spangle Attacher only requires an additional power supply of 24V/1.3A to make the spangle attachment, separately from the embroidery machine in order to avoid causing problem with main CPU of the machine.
